| Summary: |
Due to poor grades, Tsukune Aono, an average high school student, has been unable to get accepted into any private academy of his choice. By exceptional accident, the only school to accept him turns out to be anything but ordinary; the school is attended by youkai disguised as humans. Fearing for his life, he attempts to escape only to meet Moka Akashiya, a beautiful girl who just happens to be a vampire. Despite this, Tsukune decides to stay at the academy, hiding his human nature from students and teachers. Tsukune also discovers that when the rosary around Moka's neck is removed, her true nature emerges. |

Hi everyone, I'm writing this review only for the simple fact that the anime killed the manga. Anyone who enjoyed this anime has not read the manga. This anime was just about **********SPOILER ALERT*****Tsukune's building relationship with Moka and skirt shots and what ever else they could do to get your attention to this poorly made anime. ok, i've vented my say on this anime. My reccomendation is to read the manga then watch the anime.

as per the last review I have to agree the manga is a lot better the story of the anime is too lacking in the proper story, as well as charter develpment such as in the final episode. the manga is also longer and conncets better with the second season better as well.

i expected much more from this anime since the manga is awesome; however im very dissapointed, it doesnt follow the manga at all and all the scenes r mixed up with each other. apparently the director just wanted to make a stupid comedy or something, really waste of space. but i highly recommend reading the manga its propably one of the best fantasy manga i've ever read

This show is terrible. Probably one of the worst animes of all time. One of the previous reviewers mentioned that out of all the genres that this anime was labeled as, "ecchi" was not one of them. This tv show has so many panty shots that it rivals "Nautica Blitz Tactics". I have seen alot of losers become main characters of anime, which is frustrating, however usually all the losers develop into something great. For instance the main character of Hitman Reborn goes from highschool loser to Mob boss, and the main ( read more)

For instance the main character of Hitman Reborn goes from highschool loser to Mob boss, and the main character of "Historys Strongest Disciple Kenichi" goes from weak loser to Super Saiyan skills. The main character here has absolutely NOTHING going for him besides the massively (undeserving might i add) harem he has accumulated over the episodes. The ma in character in this anime, Tsukune is probably the worst main character ever. Trap any loser whos not a jerk and put him in a bus to hogwarts with a bunch of hot chick demons. That is tsukune in one sentence.
One thing i do give credit for, is how funny this anime is. Not because of the jokes and stuff but because of how stupid this show is. I invited one my friends over to occasional watch stupid internet video with me, but for some reason I had an episode saved on my computer so we watched this instead and died laughing. ( show less)
